From Curiosity to Healing
I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between food, the body, and well-being. Long before I became a board-certified nutrition consultant and integrative health coach, I was the person digging deep—questioning the conventional wisdom on health, experimenting with food as medicine, and wanting to understand why some people thrive while others struggle.
But my passion for healing wasn’t just academic—it was personal.
Like so many of the women I work with today, I’ve felt the frustration of not having answers. I’ve seen firsthand how stress, food, and environment shape health in profound ways—and how easy it is to feel like you’re doing “everything right” and still not getting the results you need. That realization led me on a journey, one that would take me through 15+ years of study, clinical practice, and teaching, and eventually to founding Terra Kitchen—a place where food isn’t just fuel, it’s nourishment, medicine, and a way to connect deeply to ourselves.
The Turning Point
My career began in corporate wellness and nutrition education, working with companies like Whole Foods Market’s Wellness Club, Alameda Health Systems, and Vida Health. I was teaching, coaching, leading workshops—but what really stuck with me were the one-on-one conversations. The women who came to me after class, tired, overwhelmed, and unheard, wondering why their body wasn’t cooperating with them.
I knew I didn’t just want to educate—I wanted to empower. That meant getting to the root cause, personalizing health recommendations, and creating real, lasting transformation instead of just handing out meal plans.
That’s when I went all in.
I pursued a Master’s in Integrative Health, trained in therapeutic nutrition, functional lab testing, herbal medicine, guided imagery, and mindfulness practices, and built a practice focused on the intersection of gut health, hormones, and anxiety—because when you address those pieces, everything else starts to fall into place.
MY STORY
MY PASSION
The Work I Do Today
Now, I run a thriving nutrition practice, helping women unravel the mysteries of their health and find the path back to energy, clarity, and feeling truly at home in their body. Whether it’s through functional testing, nutrition protocols, or herbal remedies, I take a whole-person approach to healing—because the body doesn’t work in silos, and neither should your health plan.
I also run Terra Kitchen, my organic home kitchen, where I prepare nutrient-dense, healing foods like broths, soups, and herbal tonics. I started it because I believe food is medicine, and when it’s made with intention and love, it carries that energy forward. It’s a way of feeding my community and creating something tangible that supports deep nourishment from the inside out.

I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN THERE TOO
Why I Do This Work
Because I know what it feels like to want answers and not find them. Because I know how overwhelming it can be to navigate your health when conventional approaches don’t work. And because I believe that when you understand how your body works, you become empowered to heal yourself.
I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in education, deep healing, and practical, actionable strategies. I believe in real food, real connection, and real change.
And I believe that when women reclaim their health, they reclaim their power.
